Services Disclaimer

• The services offered through this website — including, but not limited to, tarot readings, animal communication, spiritual guidance, energy work, and meditative offerings — are intended for general wellness, spiritual guidance and support, educational and entertainment purposes only.

• I do not offer medical advice, make medical diagnoses, or guarantee healing results. My services are not a substitute for professional care. This includes but is not limited to: 

  • For animals: veterinary advice and care, and certified behavioural training and therapy where appropriate.

  • For humans: medical, psychological, legal and/or financial advice and care.

• Energy-based and spiritual practices are complementary practices, and are offered in the spirit of support, reflection, and connection — not diagnosis or treatment.

• Any insights, interpretations, or messages shared are subjective and interpretive in nature, and should be understood as perspectives rather than facts, predictions, or guarantees. I do not claim to access absolute truth, foresee definitive outcomes, or provide certainty about future events.

• Spiritual and energetic healing is a deeply personal process, so experiences can vary from person to person. Not all practices may be suitable for everyone.

• All clients retain full responsibility for their own choices, actions, and well being, as well as the care and decisions made on behalf of their animals.

Booking & Payment

• All services must be paid for before delivery. All payments are processed securely by trusted providers.

Refund Policy

• For readings and reports:

  • All sales are final. Once a reading and/or report is delivered, refunds and exchanges are not available.

• For artwork only:

  • Each painting is an original piece, unique and made specifically for you with care and attention. For this reason, all original artworks are considered final sale and are non-refundable. 

  • If you are not satisfied with your artwork for reasons other than buyer’s remorse or a change of preference, please contact me at gillianboehm.intuitive@gmail.com and I will try to find a personalized solution to your concerns.

  • In the event that your artwork arrives damaged, I will replace it for you at no cost. Please email me within 30 days of the delivery with your order number and clear, detailed photos of the issue, as well as the packaging it arrived in.

Personal Information

• Your personal information is kept private and secure at all times. It will only be used to provide services and communicate with you.

Intellectual Property

• All content and services provided on this website — readings, reports, artwork — are my intellectual property. 

• You may not copy, share or resell any readings or reports without my explicit, written permission.

• For artwork ONLY:

  • You may post or share artwork purchased from me so long as my signature remains visible, and I am credited for its creation.

Limitations of Liability

• I am not responsible for any outcomes and/or decisions resulting from the use of my services. Use your own judgment when utilizing my services.

Changes to Terms & Services

• I may change my terms and services at any time. Continued use of this website means you accept these conditions.

By engaging with my services, you acknowledge that healing, growth, and understanding are non-linear processes, and that no specific results can be promised or assured.

Participation in my services constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of this disclaimer.
